While we do not have formal room blocks, we have found several great hotels in the area for you! The hotels below are listed in order of proximity to the Welcome Happy Hour and Venue locations, and we've listed a few details about each hotel to help you find the best fit for your needs.
The Ruby has a fun boutique hotel vibe, is close to our events, and is where we are staying both Thursday and Friday night. This is a small boutique hotel with only 39 rooms, so we strongly recommend booking sooner than later if you choose The Ruby!
The Courtyard, Tru, and Springhill Suites are great for guests who want to be near our events, and are looking for a budget friendly, classic hotel experience. They all sit directly next to each-other.
The Westin and Lone Star Court are great for those who want to have dining, shopping, and entertainment just out their front step throughout the weekend.
*Note: If you plan like to extend your stay in Austin to explore the city further before/after our wedding weekend, we suggest looking into a 2nd hotel in the downtown Austin area for those extra nights so you are in the heart of the city!

The Ruby Hotel
Midcentury modern boutique hotel located in downtown Round Rock, along Brushy Creek. It is less than 1 mile from both our welcome happy hour and the wedding venue. We recommend this hotel for guests that feel comfortable walking to the welcome party & wedding, or are using Uber/Lyft as their method of transportation.
**Note: The floors in the bathrooms are a shiny tile and can be slippery when wet, and most of the showers don't have grab bars. We personally do not recommend this hotel for anyone that is a little unsure on their feet, or uses canes/walkers/etc.**
Courtyard Austin Round Rock
Located ~3 miles north of downtown Round Rock and sits directly next to a few of our favorite Austin eats: Pinthouse Brewery(!), Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and local fave: Jack Allen's Kitchen. We recommend this hotel for guests that will have a car or don't mind using Uber/Lyft.
TRU BY Hilton Round Rock
Next to both the Courtyard & Springhill Suites. ~3 miles north of downtown Round Rock and sits directly next to a few of our favorite Austin eats: Pinthouse Brewery(!), Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and local fave: Jack Allen's Kitchen. The Westin is 10 miles southwest of downtown Round Rock and sits in The Domain: North Austin's upscale shopping and dining mecca. We recommend this hotel for guests that want to stay near the action and explore in their spare time, and don't mind using Uber/Lyft to our events.
Lone Star Court
Lone Star Court is a fun Texas themed boutique hotel located 10 miles southwest of downtown Round Rock in The Domain: North Austin's upscale shopping and dining mecca. We recommend this hotel for guests that want to stay near the action and explore in their spare time, and don't mind using Uber/Lyft to our events.
Vrbo
Vrbo is great option if you would prefer to stay in a vacation rental with a little extra space or want to stay with friends/family for the weekend! We recommend using Downtown Round Rock for your search if you would like to stay close to our events.
